Policy Overview

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you received is defective or damaged. By making a purchase from this website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

To be eligible for a potential refund, you must comply with the following process:

1. Notification & Request
You must notify us of any issue within 3 days of receiving your order. To do this, you must email us at info@hairandglory.com and provide the following:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photograph or video of the defective item.

  • A detailed reason for your return request.

2. Return Process & Fee
If we determine your request is valid and qualifies for a return, you will be responsible for a flat-rate return shipping fee of $19.99 USD. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for this amount, which must be paid before you ship the item back to us.

3. Review & Decision
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you of our decision to approve or decline your refund within 7 business days of receiving the package.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that the $19.99 return shipping fee is non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from returns and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Items that are not defective or damaged.

  • Items returned without a prior authorized request.

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or magazines).

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged due to customer misuse, or is missing parts.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be considered for a refund. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
